How Long Does Fulfillment Take?
Fulfillment time is the time it takes to make your custom-ordered product. Our fulfillment time is calculated in business days:
2-4 business days for 2D apparels product, caps-hats, ornament and mugs.
Fulfillment time doesn’t include shipping. To get an idea of how long an order will take to reach its destination, combine the estimated fulfillment time with the estimated shipping time.

Shipping can take between 6-9 business days after fulfillment.

DHL + USPS : $4.5 +$1.5 per additional item
DHL + USPS – Free shipping : for all order over $95
Apparel : Shipped in self sealing poly mailers with high adhesive seal strip and UV protecting coating inside. Packages are tightly secured providing excellent protection during shipments. If the order is more than 5 items everything is shipped in cardboard box with products packed individually in plastic bags. Photos are for illustrative purposes only. Actual packaging may vary.

CAN THE ORDER BE DELIVERED TO MULTIPLE ADDRESSES?
We do not offer the shipment to multiple addresses for a single order. If you would like items delivered to multiple addresses, please place those orders separately.
How can I check the status of my order ?
After placed an order, you will receive a confirmation email and your order will be put into production.
When your order already to ship out, you will receive an email with the tracking number. Tracking numbers generate when a shipping label is printed at our facility – keep in mind the tracking information may not reflect any action for up to 24 hours after a label has been printed.
Package be returned to sender
There are a few reasons an order can be returned to sender but most often it is due to an undeliverable address.
We typically do not accept returns, exchange, refund due to user typed wrong address.
If your packages do get lost in transit and the shipping address was 100% correct, we’ve got your back! We’ll ship out a new order with tracking, at our expense.
