This is not the same classic Renaissance from previous years. It is a vinyl and the fit isn’t the same. Less arch support. Less sole sturdiness. I’m really disappointed in this shoe and will not order another one. I kept it and tried wearing it hoping after I wore it a while it would feel better. It doesn’t. It isn’t worth the money they charge for it.

As other reviewers have said, these really ARE cute sneakers! They are made from leather and with a rubber sole & they arrived quickly in excellent condition. They were blazingly white–which I love! BUT I took a star off because they are WAAAYYYY too small. I normally wear a size 10 women’s, and I like to get a 10.5 for a little extra “toe room.” Well it’s a good thing I did buy a half-size bigger, because the 10.5 barely fit!I don’t understand how anyone can say these fit “true to size.” They don’t! I suggest ordering AT LEAST a half-size larger than you would normally. If you can, order 1 full size bigger!

cute, but the top of the shoe is not very flexible… so walking is bit uncomfirtable as the shoe doesn’t flex well.

I often wear a 9 1/2; after reading reviews decided to go with a size 9; they were still big and slipped of heel when walking. I have to wear very think socks to keep from slipping. Other than that I like them.
