I bought these for my 12 year old daughter after her older pair wore out. After a few weeks, she was complaining that these didn’t fit right. After doing some research on authentic canvas shoes shoes, we determined that these are over priced knockoffs. The canvas shoes logo is missing the (R) symbol and is faded, the stitching around the sole is wrong when compared to authentic canvas shoes also.

Upon opening my canvas shoes I saw there was a small dark mark to the left on the logo on the inside on the shoe. It appears as if the shoe touched something sticky in this spot. Its dark, like a grayish color and so I thought maybe it was dust and tried to brush it off. It won’t come off. It’s fairly small but the point is, these are brand new and shouldn’t have sticky spots anywhere on them. Super bummed and disappointed. Someone packaging them must have had something sticky on their hands. Unacceptable. I’m hoping that I’ll be able to clean this spot instead of sending them back. Fingers crossed.
